Michael Dougherty has over 20 years of experience with technology support and services. Michael holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from Fairfield University, a Masters of Science in Information Systems from NJIT and is pursuing his Masters of Educational Technology from Wilson College. Additional accolades include Google Certified Educator Level 1 and Level 2, Google Trainer, G Suite Administrator and ChromeOS certifications. Michael’s goal is to give his clients the necessary technology tools to bring their vision to the next level.

Chelsea Dougherty brings over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry dealing with clients both in person and via telephone daily. Chelsea also has computer and billing experience. Her positive outlook and great personality are a refreshing experience for everyone she meets. She is always willing to help through her calm demeanor, knowledge and streamlining of customer service needs.
